Sialkot has stitched the world’s sports equipment for more than a century and still produces a large share of global hand-stitched footballs and leather fight gear. SportSanga pairs that craft base with the paperwork and repeatability modern importers demand.

Season-based supply with repeat sizing records, so your second order is faster and cheaper than your first.

“Communication is fast and technical — they answer in specifications, not slogans. Custom logos came out crisp on rashguards and shorts, and we now reorder quarterly.”

Straight answers on MOQ, sampling, compliance, payment and shipping — the same terms we put in writing on every quotation.
Standard stock specifications start at 50 units per product line. Fully customised OEM and private label programmes with your own logo, colourways and packaging typically start at 100 units per size or colour. Leather gloves, cricket bats and sublimated apparel each carry their own MOQ table, which our export team confirms in writing before sampling.
Physical samples are cut, stitched and shipped within 7 to 10 working days of artwork approval. Bulk production runs 30 to 45 days depending on category: 35 days for leather boxing gloves, 30 days for hand-stitched footballs, 40 days for English willow cricket bats and 25 days for sublimated apparel.
Yes. We manufacture to your specification sheet with embroidery, screen printing, dye sublimation, embossed and debossed leather, custom hang tags, barcoded polybags and branded master cartons. We do not sell competitor artwork, and all tooling or patterns created for your brand remain exclusive to your account.
Our Sialkot facility operates under BSCI social compliance auditing and an ISO 9001 quality management system, with SEDEX member reporting available on request. Material test reports covering azo dyes, phthalates and REACH restricted substances can be supplied per shipment for EU and UK importers.
Standard terms are 30% advance by T/T with the 70% balance against a copy bill of lading, or an irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 20,000. We quote EXW, FOB Karachi, CIF and DDP, and prepare certificates of origin, packing lists and customs documentation in-house.
Yes. Roughly 60% of our order book is boxing gyms, football clubs, cricket academies and MMA schools ordering 50 to 300 pieces per season, while the balance is distributors and retail brands running container-level programmes. Both receive the same QC protocol, inspection reports and named account contact.
Share product type, quantity, materials and target lead time. A production engineer — not a call centre — replies with a costed spec sheet within one business day.
